Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

This workshop is for adults who work with you. 

Gain tools to identify signs of mental health or substance abuse issues, learn communication skills, and leave with resources to connect someone with help in a free workshop. 

This program is relevant for community members and leaders, business owners, teachers, religious leaders, and anyone who wants to learn more about how to help others. 

This program will include two hours of self-paced study and one day of in-person training.
