Youth Cooking School- Edwardsville- Ages 8-14- Afternoon Session- June 20-23, 2023
In the summer Youth Cooking School classes, youth will learn basic cooking skills, kitchen and food safety, nutrition tips and prepare tasty recipes guaranteed to impress the whole family. Reducing food waste will be the theme in 2023.
The 4-day afternoon sessions from 12:30-3:30 pm are open to all youth ages 8-14.
The participants learn through actual food preparation and group activities.
Location is at the Madison County Farm Bureau at 900 Hillsboro Ave in Edwardsville, IL.
Fee: $65/student for cooking school.
