Your Feelings Matter: Connecting With Your Emotions
This workshop will help youth explore and understand their emotions in a positive, supportive environment. Through hands-on activities, guided reflection, and peer discussion, participants learn how to recognize their feelings, express them in healthy ways, and build stronger communication skills.
