Join University of Illinois Extension for "Wellness Wednesdays," a monthly series designed to inspire and empower individuals to achieve better health and well-being. Each session, led by Kris Juelfs, a registered dietitian and Extension nutrition and wellness educator, will focus on essential nutrition-related topics to promote healthier lifestyles.

Prebiotics, probiotics, microbiome, etc... learn what these terms mean and the role your GI tract plays in your overall health and disease risk.
