Join University of Illinois Extension for "Wellness Wednesday," a monthly series designed to inspire and empower individuals to achieve better health and well-being. Each session, led by Kris Juelfs, registered dietitian and Extension food and nutrition educator, will focus on essential nutrition-related topics to promote healthier lifestyles.

September Session: Protein: How Much Do We Need?

Protein is one of the most talked-about nutrients today, but how much do we really need? Learn why protein is important for muscle health, healthy aging, energy, and overall wellness. We will explore the best sources of protein, whether protein supplements are necessary, and share simple ways to include protein in balanced meals and snacks.
