Wellness in Nature: Outdoor Yoga - Gentle Hatha - Fulton County
Breathe deeply, stretch gently, and reconnect with your body in this welcoming, gentle Hatha Yoga class designed especially for those who love spending time in the garden and in nature. This slow, supportive practice focuses on foundational poses, simple breathwork, and mindful movement to improve balance, flexibility, and joint mobility, all essential for planting, pruning, hiking, and harvesting.
With an emphasis on alignment, stability, and moving at your own pace, this class is perfect for anyone new to yoga or returning after time away. Expect calm guidance, options for every body, and plenty of time to ease into each posture. You’ll leave feeling grounded, limber, and better prepared for all the bending, reaching, and tending that nature calls you to do.
Come as you are, no experience needed, just a willingness to breathe and begin.
