Outdoor sessions may also involve uneven ground and changing weather conditions. You agree to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and follow all instructions and safety guidance provided by the instructor and University of Illinois Extension staff. You understand that you may stop or modify any movement at any time. You certify that you are physically able to participate in this activity and will consult with a healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns that could affect your participation. You understand that photos may be taken during the event for program documentation and outreach purposes. You release University of Illinois Extension and any partnering organizations from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
