Warbler Ridge Native Plant Plot iNaturalist Project
Join us for an exciting iNaturalist Workshop on Sunday, May 31, from 1–2 PM at the Warbler Ridge Native Plant Plot near the Red Shack!
Learn how to use the iNaturalist app to identify and document plants, insects, and wildlife while contributing to real community science efforts. Master Naturalist Nancy Coutant will share the history of the WR plot, and Master Naturalist Kathryn Bulver will guide participants through using the app before heading out to make observations together.
Participants will be encouraged to continue making observations during Pollinator Week through a special iNaturalist project.
Whether you’re brand new to iNaturalist or already enjoy exploring nature, this is a great opportunity to connect with others, learn something new, and help document local biodiversity. Hope to see you there!
Rain Date: Monday, June 1, 4-5 p.m.
If you will need an accommodation in order to participate, please email uie-ccdms@illinois.edu. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to meet your access needs.
