Walk for Wellness
Walking is one of the most accessible and effective ways to improve overall health. Let's Walk for Wellness is a 6-week program that will help you connect with others, build confidence, and take meaningful steps towards better health. Join us this fall as we explore beautiful local parks operated by the Waterloo Park District and Baebler Educational Farm, owned and operated by the Monroe County Extension and 4-H Education Foundation.
We welcome individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Sessions will take place at Lakeview Park, Konarcik Park, and Baebler Educational Farm. This program is free to attend. To get the most out of the experience, we recommend attending all 12 sessions, but we also understand that scheduling conflicts may arise.

All sessions: 8:30–9:30 a.m.
What to Bring:
- Dress comfortably and appropriately for outdoor activities.
- Wear comfortable tennis shoes.
- Bring your own water bottle.
