Tri-County Hunger Walk 2023
Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Tri-County Hunger Walk!
Food shouldn’t be an impossible choice! Join our
Partnership for a Healthy Community Healthy Eating, Active Living Priority Action Team as we raise awareness about hunger and support the hunger & health of our neighbors by donating healthy, shelf-stable food options to local pantries and walk for 30 minutes. As our second annual Tri-County Hunger Walk, we hope to have the community rally around this need and enjoy time with friends & family taking some steps to end hunger!
When: Saturday, September 30th at 9am
Where: OSF Center for Health – Route 91, 8800 North State Rt. 91, Peoria, IL 61615 - (paved path for walking area)
Walk Entry Fee:
All food donated will go to local pantries!
Please register below with your party's information.
First one hundred registrants will get a FREE Tri-County Hunger Walk water bottle!
Pre-registration is encouraged for the event but not required.
Donations:
Monetary donations to support our local charitable food system can also be made by check payable to Tazewell County Health Department with Hunger Walk on the memo line.
