September 11 | 2-3pm – Wellness in Nature
Spending time in nature can benefit mental and physical well-being. Explore the health benefits of being present in nature and discover simple activities to foster experiences in the natural world. Presenters: Cheri Burcham & Tessa Hobbs-Curley
October 9 | 2-3pm – Dementia Friends
Dementia Friends is a global movement whose goal is to help everyone in a community understand five key messages about dementia, how it affects people, and how we each can make a difference in the lives of people living with the disease. People with dementia need to be understood and supported in their communities. Presenters: Molly Hofer & Robin Ridgley
November 6 | 2-3pm – Bullying Among Older Adults
