Have you ever considered growing a cut flower garden? As gardeners, we often incorporate flowers into the landscape to bring color to the outdoors, but have you ever considered a garden just for cut flowers? Beautiful bouquets from the garden can brighten a room or make a great gift.  This workshop will discuss what flowers to grow in a cutting garden and methods for harvesting and caring for cut flowers. After the discussion, participants will make an arrangement of their own in a teacup with fresh cut garden flowers to take home with them.

All of the supplies needed for this program will be supplied for you.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to attend this program please call the Extension Office at 815-858-2273. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to meet your needs.
