Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program is recognized by the CDC as an evidence-based program. Join Family Life Educator Robin Ridgley to learn this gentle Tai Chi form that can improve muscular strength, flexibility, and fitness.

Participation in 14 of the 16 classes is recommended for optimal benefit. We will learn new forms each lesson, so registration will not be allowed after the start of the second class. Please wear comfortable clothing and proper footwear. Slides/sandals will not be allowed.
