Tai Chi-Fall 2026

 Discover a gentle, effective path to better movement and well‑being with Move with Ease—Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. This evidence‑based program, recognized by the CDC and developed by Dr. Paul Lam, helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall quality of life. Each session offers accessible, low‑impact movements suitable for all experience levels, making it easy to begin your journey toward reduced pain, greater stability, and enhanced confidence. Join us this fall and take a meaningful step toward supporting your long‑term health and mobility.

This session is designed for first‑time participants, so registration is limited to those who have not attended previously .

Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10 am -11 am. Classes begin on September 21 and run through November 21.
