Soup is nutritious and generally inexpensive to prepare. Join Susan Glassman, Nutrition & Wellness Educator and learn the many varieties of soups, how to layer different flavors, and benefit from good nutrition. Susan will present the class and demonstrate how to make a seasonal butternut squash soup.
