Join Illinois Extension and STEM Illinois for an interactive self-care workshop at Lincoln Square Mall (201 Lincoln Square, Urbana, IL 61801) in the University of Illinois STEM Office, Suite 110B.
This interactive self-care workshop series focuses on helping participants understand the importance of self-care, recognize its benefits, and overcome common barriers. Through guided reflection, attendees will identify their personal strengths and weaknesses in practicing self-care and learn how to create realistic plans for both everyday maintenance and emergency situations. The workshops aim to empower individuals with tools and strategies to prioritize well-being, build resilience, and create sustainable self-care routines tailored to their unique needs. Lunch will be provided! Registration is required.
