Rock Island County 4-H Tree Planting

Join Rock Island County 4-H, Rock Island Soil & Water Conservation District, and Moline Parks & Recreation for a community tree-planting event!

Location: Moline Memorial Park Cemetery

Help us enhance and care for our local green spaces by planting trees near Section 8 of the cemetery. No prior experience is needed.

All 4-H members are welcome (youth should be accompanied by an adult). Please wear closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. The event is expected to last approximately 1–2 hours.

If you have a shovel available, we encourage you to bring it. A limited number of tools may be available on-site.

The planting site is located in Section 8 on the southeast side of the cemetery. A map with the exact location will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the event.
