Join us in person on February 4th from 6:00-7:00 PM at the McLean Extension Office for an engaging and informative session, “Reduce Flooding & Water Pollution: How Rain Gardens and Native Plants Improve Local Water Quality.”

Led by Layne Knoche, Illinois Extension Stormwater Outreach Associate and Assistant Director of the Red Oak Rain Garden, this presentation will explore the powerful role that rain gardens and native plants play in enhancing water quality, reducing localized flooding, and supporting local wildlife habitats. This is a great opportunity to learn practical, sustainable solutions for improving our environment while making a positive impact on your own property.
