Welcome to the Registration for Online Pesticide Safety Education Program Private Applicator training courses and exam set up. You can use this form to register for one or multiple courses. This enrollment is for ONLINE Private Applicator Training and Exams only (NO In-Person Training Offered).

Registering for an exam on this form gives you access to the exam set up course. Instructions for how to pay for, schedule, and access your exam will be in the course.
