Produce Food Safety Bootcamp (Southern Illinois)

Thank you for your interest in the Southern Illinois in-person Basic Produce Food Safety Bootcamp. This free training is for growers in the state of Illinois only and is meant to meet the basic food safety requirement to sell produce as part of the IL-EATS (LFPA) program. It is not a PSA, GAP, or FSMA training, but rather an introduction to basic food safety concepts for produce growers.
The course will be held in person at the University of Illinois Extension Jackson County Office (402 Ava Rd, Murphysboro, Illinois 62966) on March 20, from 10 am - 2 pm. Lunch will be provided.
