Pollinator Week Celebrations

Celebrate Pollinator Week with our Master Naturalists by exploring the plants that support bees, butterflies, and other essential pollinators! Join us for a series of guided Pollinator Walks led by Master Naturalist Kathryn Bulver, where you’ll learn to identify pollinator-friendly plants, the species that visit them, and discover how these plants provide critical food and habitat.

(Rain dates will be the following day of the scheduled event)

Attendance for each walk is limited to 8 participants to avoid crowding and reduce the chance of frightening pollinators! Participants should avoid bright clothing (you’ll find out why during our walk) and are encouraged to bring a camera and/or binoculars (close-focus binoculars are preferred). 
 
Wrap up Pollinator Week with Tree Fest as we explore the important role trees play in supporting our local pollinators. Learn how to identify the trees you see along the trails and discover which species provide valuable resources for pollinators. We will gather as one group at 1 p.m. and walk the trail together.
