Oak Tree Savanna Planting Community Service | Jersey County

The Oak Tree Savanna Planting Community Service Project is a hands-on event focused on planting 25 oak trees at Wock Family Lake in Jerseyville. This project is a grant-funded collaboration with Jersey County 4-H, the City of Jerseyville, and the Jersey County Soil & Water Conservation District. We are inviting kids and volunteers to join us in planting trees to expand on the Oak Tree Savanna habitat we began in 2025. It's a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and gain valuable knowledge about conservation efforts!
