        Navigating Difference - Train the Trainer
What: This Navigating Difference Train the Trainer is a three-day national training designed to equip trainers with the skillset and tools necessary to prepare and co-lead the Navigating Difference: Cultural Competency Training in a team within their organizations and/or for community audiences in their states. 
Objectives: 
- Assess and focus on areas of competence and effectiveness as a diversity trainer.
- Become grounded in the theoretical models that are the foundation of the cultural competencies.
- Practice conducting and debriefing activities in the Navigating Difference Curriculum.
- Understand and agree to Navigating Difference Training Policies and Procedures.
Who: Extension/Land Grant staff who have previously completed Navigating Difference Cultural Competency Training as a participant. Trainees MUST complete all three days to obtain a certificate of completion.
Capacity: The maximum capacity for this training is 25 participants. Please sign up as soon as possible.  
Cost: $1200 - The registration cost includes the training expenses. It DOES NOT include lodging.
