Monarch Discovery- Thomson

The Iconic monarch butterfly is known for its long-distance migration to Mexico in the fall and its migration back to the US and Canada in the spring. The round-trip distance can be more than 6000 miles! Learn more about the monarch’s life cycle and its connections to milkweed plants and agriculture. 

The university plans to capture photographs and video of this event. Be aware that if you attend, you are consenting to the possibility that your image and likeness may be shared or published by the university for marketing-communications purposes. Please notify staff when checking in or alert the photographer if you don’t want your photograph taken.
