Mindful Minis and Microgreens
Mindful Minis and Microgreens is a hands-on program for youth ages 5-10 that uses simple gardening activities, such as building terrariums and planting microgreens, to help children learn to slow down, pay attention, and feel calmer. Through gentle movement, breathing exercises, observing plants, and guided conversations, participants learn how taking care of plants is similar to taking care of themselves.
