Meals for a Healthy Heart

Planning, shopping and cooking for someone with heart disease can be challenging.  
University of Illinois Extension is here to help. Registered Dietitian, Jenna Smith will lead a class called Meals for a Healthy Heart. Meals for a Healthy Heart is a series of two 1-hour sessions for anyone interested in preventing or managing heart disease. In each session participants will receive recipes, watch cooking demonstrations and taste heart healthy foods. 

This class will meet on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 and Thursday, May 9, 2024 from Noon - 1 pm.
Registration for this event will close on May 6. There is no cost to attend this program.
