May Cook County Nature Wellness Walk

Immerse yourself and reconnect with nature and all the beauty it has to offer! Relaxing mindfulness and meditative practices will be led during these slow and leisurely walks that can lead to improved mental and physical health. A beautiful tea ceremony will be conducted after the walk.

This walk is designed for those 18 and older.

The walk will occur on the side of Thatcher Woods that contains the Trailside Museum of Natural History. 

Date and Time:  Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to noon
