Developmental Benefits: Playing traditional games is great for our brains and bodies! They help us think
better, solve problems, and be creative. Unlike video games, traditional games often get us moving and
playing with others, which is super important for staying healthy and making friends.

Social and Educational Value: Traditional games are also great for learning and making friends. They
teach us about our environment and culture, and they help us learn how to work together as a team. In
many places, these games were played during big community events, bringing everyone together.
