Ready to try canning at home? Join Illinois Extension Food and Nutrition Educator Rachel Mannen for a canning class on July 21st from 6 pm to 7 pm at the Ogden Rose Public Library (103 W Main St, Ogden, IL 61859). Participants will learn safe canning basics, how to preserve seasonal produce, and tips for making pickles.
