Join the Movement! Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
Many studies have shown Tai Chi as being one of the most effective approaches for trengthening balance and preventing falls. Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program is recognized by the CDC as an evidence-based program. Join Susan Glassman, Health and Community Wellness, Food and Nutrition Educator and certified Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor. Learn Dr. Lam's Tai Chi exercises that can improve muscular strength, flexibility, fitness and overall health and wellness.
Mondays: April 27 – June 22, (No class on May 25)
Wednesdays: April 29 – June 24, (No class on June 3)

Participants are encouraged to attend all classes. Wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes, no sandals.
