Jefferson County Winter Hort for the Holidays

Winter is a great time to get creative with horticulture! Get creative and add a handmade touch to your seasonal décor!

Join Illinois Extension from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, at the Jefferson County Extension Office for a Making a Holiday Swag Workshop and learn how to create a beautiful decoration to enjoy at home.

Local volunteers will guide participants as they design and assemble their holiday swag. Along the way, you’ll learn about basic design elements, material selection, and techniques to use to create a balanced and attractive arrangement.
