Extension educator Zack Grant will demonstrate the irrigation system used on our .25 acre diversified vegetable farm.
You will learn about

calculating flow rate
designing a system for different production spaces
components including manifold, wobblers, drip tape, micro sprinklers

We're thrilled to welcome Joseph Bridges, the USDA NRCS Conservationist for Cook County who will tell attendees about cost share programs available to urban farmers.
