Heart Healthy Cooking: Protein | Christian County

Whether you’re looking to boost your nutrition or add new dishes to your menu, this class will give you the tools and confidence to make heart-healthy choices every day. This class is offered at no cost.

When: Feb. 26 from 5:30pm-7pm

Where: The class will take place in Taylorville Memorial Hospital Conference Room 179, the all-purpose room in Taylorville. If you are unsure where to go, check with the front desk attendants when you walk into the main entrance. 

 Park in parking lot 4 - located at the rear of the hospital, next to the meeting room.
