"Grow Your Leadership" by attending 4-H Officer Training! We encourage all youth interested in becoming an officer in their 4-H club to attend to learn more about officer positions and leadership roles. For those already elected as an officer, it is important that you attend to learn your officer role and help your club and 4-H leader run meetings efficiently and smoothly. We have many fun, hands-on activities and games planned to help youth develop and learn leadership skills, which are important not just in 4-H, but also in life.
