Where Wellness Grows is an engaging program designed to help participants become rooted in wellness through gardening and time spent in nature. The program explores the research-proven benefits of outdoor experiences, including stress reduction, improved mental well-being, and physical health.
Participants will learn about the health benefits of gardening and Forest Bathing (immersing in nature with intention), along with practical strategies for managing stress and enhancing overall wellness.
In addition, participants will be introduced to Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, an evidence-based program shown to improve balance, strength, and confidence while reducing the risk of falls — all in a gentle, accessible format that can be enjoyed outdoors.
Where Wellness Grows encourages connection with nature, movement, and community to support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
