Golden Garden Days: Northeast Region Celebration

The Illinois Master Gardener Program is celebrating its golden anniversary and we want to honor you!

Illinois Extension is celebrating the golden anniversary of our Master Gardener program – that's fifty years of fulfilling our mission of Helping Others Learn to Grow. To mark the event, celebrations for Master Gardeners are being held throughout the state.

Here in the Northeastern Counties, our celebration date is Tuesday, June 17, 2025. If you are a Master Gardener, we want to celebrate you with a day filled with education, nature, shopping, and community. The event will take place at locations across the northeastern counties and you can sign up for the full itinerary or build your own itinerary to fit your interests and schedule.
