FSMA Produce Safety Alliance Training at AVI

Thank-you for your interest in the virtual FSMA training for the Produce Safety Rule. 
This free training for growers in the state of Illinois only, will provide compliance for Subpart C 112.22 (c) of the FSMA Produce Safety Rule and is good indefinitely. 
The training will take place in person, in English on 

March 18, 2024, 8 am - 5 pm at  
Arturo Velasquez Westside Technical Institute, 2800 S Western Ave, Chicago 

A refundable deposit will be held to cover the cost of the manual and lunch. You will promptly be refunded the deposit upon arrival at the Training on March 18, 2024. 

Please be advised that you must be present during all modules of the course to receive the PSA/AFDO Certificate of Course Completion and attendance and engagement will be monitored throughout the delivery. Late arrivals will not be admitted. 

Please be sure that your mailing address, email and phone numbers are correct. Certificates will be snail mailed to the address indicated on this registration form. You will receive your manual at the training.  Please remember that this certification follows the person, and not the farm/business.
