From Water to Table: The History and Health of Wild Rice
Join us for a free interactive workshop exploring the rich cultural heritage and health benefits of wild rice. Learn about the Indigenous cultural connections to this traditional food, discover its nutritional value, and gain practical tips for preparing and cooking wild rice at home. The workshop will feature a live cooking demonstration, a tasting of wild rice dishes, and two recipes to take home. Presented by Chef Paul Molina and Extension Educator Dr. Leilah Siegel.
