Free Nutrition Classes INEP Kitchen Winter 2024
The registration period has ended.
Join other parents and Extension staff for a series of 7 classes on a variety of food and nutrition topics. Each class will include a variety of healthy cooking demonstrations as well as some fun activities. These sessions are FREE, but registration is required. The following are a sampling of some of classes that may be offered.

Want to get the most benefit from your food dollars? Do you run out of money for food before the end of the month? Learn some simple tips and tricks that will help to save you some dollars and to stretch them a little farther.

Does reading the food label have your head spinning? What does it all mean? Let’s get the scoop on what is really important and let’s take the mystery out of those labels.
What’s the Scoop on Fast Food - March 27
Fast food is a reality in our world today. Making healthy choices even when we aren’t the ones doing the cooking is possible! Join us to take a look at how we can make fast food decisions a bit healthier.
Each participant that attends at least 6 classes in the series will receive a certificate, a recipe booklet, and some fun kitchen tools.
