Forest Fungi and Tree ID workshop

We wanted to extend an invitation for you to come join us on Tuesday, July 11th from 9am - 12pm at the Dixon Springs Ag Center to learn about the Forest Fungi Project and participate in a tree ID workshop.   We will learn how to identify trees of southern Illinois through an outdoor lesson.  Along with learning about this citizen science project and then venture outdoors to collect a sample! 
 
 You will earn continuing education hours for your time at the workshop.  If you would like to collect more samples after the workshop you could earn volunteer hours for your time spent on this citizen science project.
