The evening will start with "Garden Weather- A Part of the Big Picture" presented by Steve Hilberg Illinois CoCoRaHS Coordinator

The Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow network (CoCoRaHS) provides the opportunity to share your observations in your local community, the state, and the nation.  CoCoRaHS is a grassroots effort of citizens measuring precipitation right in their own backyards.  Learn how you can be part of this exciting program!
The evening will conclude with, The connection between our trees and climate resilience presented by Emily Swihart Extension Educator, Horticulture at University of Illinois Extension.
  • The connection between the trees in our home and community landscape and our changing climate.
