Give your brain a little summer love. This class explores how colorful fruits and vegetables support memory, focus, and long-term brain health. We’ll take a closer look at the MIND diet and the role antioxidants play in keeping your brain working at its best. You’ll also get hands-on time together preparing a few simple, fresh recipes that highlight seasonal produce. Come ready to taste, learn, and add more color to your plate.
When: June 30 from 5:30pm-7pm
Where: The class will take place in Taylorville Memorial Hospital Conference Room 179, the all-purpose room in Taylorville. If you are unsure where to go, check with the front desk attendants when you walk into the main entrance.
Park in parking lot 4 - located at the rear of the hospital, next to the meeting room.
