Eating for Brain Health | Christian County

Give your brain a little summer love. This class explores how colorful fruits and vegetables support memory, focus, and long-term brain health. We’ll take a closer look at the MIND diet and the role antioxidants play in keeping your brain working at its best. You’ll also get hands-on time together preparing a few simple, fresh recipes that highlight seasonal produce. Come ready to taste, learn, and add more color to your plate.
