Eating for Bone Health | Utica

Bones are always at work, breaking down old tissue and building new growth. This program will cover how to keep them healthy, from understanding osteoporosis to knowing when to talk with your doctor. Learn how much calcium and vitamin D you need each day and why physical activity matters for strong bones. You’ll also take home simple recipes and resources to support bone health in your everyday routine.
