EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS FROGWATCH VOLUNTEER FIELD TRAINING

Become a certified FrogWatch USA volunteer! This training session is a collaboration between Illinois Extension and Champaign County Forest Preserves, and is perfect for new, prospective, and returning volunteers. It will include an indoor presentation focused on how to submit data, followed by an outdoor field experience where participants will practice monitoring techniques. You may attend this training and become a certified volunteer, whether or not you attended the in-classroom training in February. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to listen and learn! Open to ages 16+. Ages 12 to 15 accompanied by a guardian. FREE.
