Dimensions of Wellness

Health is not achieved by food and fitness alone. In this lesson, explore eight categories or "dimensions" and how each contributes to overall wellness. Participants will assess where they are within each dimension to support their ongoing wellness journey.
With increased awareness of mental health, more people may understand that health is not one thing. This lesson invites participants to think broadly about different categories of health and assess what they would like to focus on at this time in their lives.
