The Mediterranean diet is the number one best overall diet for eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and nuts. It limits processed foods and added sugars to promote better overall health. 

Learn:
  • Research on Mediterranean lifestyle and it’s contribution to overall health 
  • Strategies to incorporate Mediterranean types of foods and lifestyles into your own life
  • Information on cooking with olive oil
  • Taste and compare different greens
  • Sample an easy to make salad, with homemade olive oil dressing
  • Take home resources and recipes
