As gardeners, we can find great satisfaction tending to the delicate roses, slashing away at the bee balm that's spread too far, and picking the perfect color Zinnia to complement the Heuchera. But what of the backbone of our gardens that provides the shade, the backdrop, and the privacy? Our trees need care as well, from proper structural pruning as a young tree to risk assessments as they mature. Let's get your questions answered as we wind through the highlights of how to enjoy trees in your yard, what you can do yourself, and when to hire a professional.
