Preserving food can be a great way to reduce food waste and enjoy your harvest well past the growing season. We will discuss different types of canning, canning safety, and provide a live canning demonstration. Come get your questions answered and learn how canning might work for your family. There also will be an opportunity to get your equipment tested. Registration is required by March 25.
