Canning is a very rewarding hobby. Preserving your home grown goodies will provide a taste bud oasis in the middle of those long winter months. But sometimes we may not get to that produce and throw it in the freezer. Well you can can it in the winter! Please join us for a live canning demonstration and get hands on experience canning. We will be using frozen strawberries.
