These quarterly training sessions are designed to build essential skills and competencies in Extension Professionals.  The four-part series covers Program Planning and Assessment, Facilitation, Learning Innovations, and Community Partnerships.   

New Academic Professionals are expected to complete all four topics within two years of employment as an Academic Professional.

Enrich your educational delivery by attending this interactive training focused on crafting impactful learning experiences. Gain expertise in creating learner-centered materials tailored to diverse learning styles, mapping personalized learning journeys, leveraging technology and AI tools for interactive activities and assessments, and refining your facilitation and presentation skills. Explore strategies for mentoring, promoting accessibility, and connecting with community needs, while learning to assess and continuously improve your educational approaches.
